Return, Refund and Exchange Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not pleased with our products, please let us know within 14-days of purchase. Our 14-days return or refund policy start the day you receive your order. Klaricin will return, refund or exchange any product if it’s found to be damaged, unopened and returned within 14-days receiving under the following conditions;

  1. Do NOT open the product if it’s leaking or damage.
  2. Due to hygiene reason, the open and used products are not returned and refunded.
  3. Please share pictures of damage or the product you would like to return.
  4. The product must be return within 14-days of arrival and must be unopened and
    unused. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is
    due to our error.
  5. Proof of purchase receipt is also needed if claimed refund amount.
  6. For exchange please return the product in original condition as per the above
    policy and order a new product from our website and use the exchange credit for
    the purchase of new product.

  8. Our customer support team will review your information and contact you within 24
    hours during working days.

How do you get refund?

Our customer support team will contact you, once we’ve received and inspected the return product. Once your refund approved, you’ll be automatically refunded after agreeing refunded method with you.

Change of mind or Order Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team on the WhatsApp +92 335-527422 within 24 hours of the order. Once the order is dispatched, we’ll not be able to cancel it. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours.

Non-Return or Non-Refundable Products:

All products opened or used are NOT qualify for return or refund. If you’ve received a damaged product from courier, please contact our customer support team on the WhatsApp +92 335-527422 within 24 hours of the order
